Our CHAKRA SEEDS White Sesame Seeds come from a plant native to Africa and India, although different varieties are now cultivated worldwide. They are a very versatile food, as both the seeds and their oil can be consumed, as well as a wide variety of products that can be easily made at home. Rich in Omega 3 and 6, vitamin A, and other minerals, their crunchy and light texture makes them an ideal addition to fresh salads, providing an elegant and refreshing touch.
How to use
Adults and children 12 years and olderTake 1/2 teaspoon (4-5 g) of White Sesame with food, juices, shakes, smoothies, preparing it as follows:
- Sesame can be consumed in various ways: whole, ground, in oil, in tahini (sesame paste) or as an ingredient in breads, cookies and other baked goods.
- To toast the sesame seeds: Scatter the seeds in a dry pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until they take on a uniform golden color.
- To preserve sesameStore in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
