Our CHAKRA SEEDS Chamomile Hydrosol is obtained through steam distillation of fresh German chamomile flowers. This process preserves its therapeutic properties and delicate, floral aroma. It is anti-inflammatory and aids digestion, balancing anxiety and distress. It is also anti-allergenic, mucolytic, calming, soothing, and carminative. It soothes sensitive eyes and is ideal for skin problems and itching.

How to use
