AGAR AGAR POWDER CHAKRA SEEDS (Agar-Agar Powder) in presentations of 150g, 250g, 500g and 1Kg is a powder that comes from red algae, used as a gelling agent.
Our Agar Agar powder comes from organic red algae, mainly of the gelidium and gracilaria genus, with gelling power up to 8 times greater than animal gelatins. It is a thickener that is used in concentrations that can range from 2 to 10 g/l depending on the desired texture. It is a source of minerals, helps regulate intestinal transit due to its very high fiber content, reduces cholesterol absorption, is satiating and barely has 0.2% of fat.
