WHERE DO WE SEND YOUR ORDER?
At Chakra Seeds we carry out Express orders (door to door) nationwide (Galapagos Islands applies a differentiated rate) and also international shipments (the cost management of this shipment is differentiated). The cost of the order is not included in the price of the product.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our service delivers your order within 1-3 business days nationwide. With the Laarcourier company, orders are sent from Monday to Friday at 5:30 pm and with Servientrega, orders placed until 1:00 pm are sent the same day, and those received in the afternoon are sent the next day. Exceptionally, shipping could be delayed if we do not have stock of a product or due to circumstances beyond the control of Chakra Seeds. To resolve this type of eventuality, you can contact our customer service channel.
WHERE IS THE SHIPPING COST APPLIED?
Once the product has been added to your shopping cart and you are finalizing the order, select the shipping method and the company, once applied, will add the cost to the total of your purchase (the shipping base is 4 USD up to 5 kg of weight with the company LAARCOURIER and 6 USD up to 4 Kg of weight with SERVIENTREGA).
WHAT IF THERE IS NO ONE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER DELIVERY?
If there is no one at home at the time of delivery, the courier makes 3 delivery attempts. A telephone number must always be entered in the data, since before delivery the courier will coordinate with the client. If the package is not delivered on the 3 occasions, it is returned to the company and the reshipping costs must be covered again.
HOW AND WITH WHOM DO YOU SEND THE ORDERS?
Chakra Seeds always seeks to offer you the best service. You will receive all our home deliveries in a completely sealed recycled cardboard box, through the company Laarcourier or Servientrega. For international shipments, the company in charge is UPS.
