What are the requirements to be a distributor?

Be a natural or legal person, who has a client list or is interested in distributing pure and excellent quality 100% natural and organic products.

Is it necessary to have a business to be a distributor?

Not necessary, our client base includes natural chain stores, retail stores and independent sellers without a business. An important part of our sales force nationwide is through our network of independent sellers, they sell our products through the channels they deem convenient (catalog, friends, family, online, etc.).

How is the minimum purchase?

We have several price ranges and minimum purchases, from 150 USD in products, purchases are in cash until maintaining an alliance and seeing the rotation of the product, if you need a quote or more information, contact HERE. Keep in mind that quotes are valid from 1 to 2 business days due to stock variations.

Should purchases be monthly?

No, as part of our sales policy, we offer a FREE commercial and economic development alternative to independent people without any goals or monthly membership payments.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor and their value varies depending on the quantity and weight of the order. For international orders, shipping costs are handled differently. Shipments are Express (door to door) to all regions of Ecuador (Galapagos Islands apply a differentiated rate) and the shipping base is between 4 to 6 USD up to 4 to 5 kg weight depending on the courier.

When will the products be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

The products will be sent after the payment is credited to our accounts, whether payments with cards (credit or debit), direct over the counter, transfers from other banks or checks. We do not work on consignment, since our products are high turnover. Shipments by Laarcourier or Servientrega take between 24 to 48 hours on business days to reach their destination.

Do the products have quality records?

We mostly make our products ourselves; in addition to distributing products produced by certified local and international organic farmers. All our products have a HEALTH REGISTRATION, we are a formal company that has different quality certifications.

What is the profit margin?

All prices are Exwork ex factory or warehouse. CHAKRA SEEDS products are not marked with RRP (Retail Price), this value is increased by the seller or distributor, normally a profit margin of 40% of the cost is applied. CHAKRA SEEDS products, since they are mostly foodstuffs, do not apply to the VAT surcharge (except for lamps and other household products that are subject to VAT). Do you train distributors?

We provide information on the use of products, so that they can learn about the benefits and manner of consumption. We also do monthly training according to the need or requirement of our distributors.
