CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
To proceed with a refund or product exchange, the following general conditions must be met:
• No refunds of those products that, after delivery, have been rejected by the customer due to purchase withdrawal.
• Exchanges are accepted only if the product arrived in poor condition or it is not the product purchased in your purchase.
• If you receive a product different from the one you purchased, you must report it no later than 2 calendar days after receiving the product.
• To proceed with the change, the client must send an email to the email ventas@chakraseedsec.com with copy to gerencia@chakraseedsec.com with the following information: Order number, name and surname, attach photographs of the product received. The email must have the subject: Claim – (insert your name and surname).
• The product must be in optimal condition: It must be returned to its original box and with its labels duly legible, it must not be damaged or present manipulations that affect its condition again.
• It is an essential requirement to present the purchase number, name and surname to manage an exchange and/or return.
• Once the email with your request is received, the customer service area will contact you to continue with the change process.
• The change will be made within 10 business days.
• You can make the return for free in any of our physical stores, always presenting the purchase receipt and the items in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
